What the service provides during a review session
Each capability is described here as it appears within the platform. No external tools or integrations are required to use these functions.
Record Classification
All information held within the platform has been classified into defined categories. These categories remain consistent between sessions, meaning a record found under a given category in one session will appear in the same location in the next.
Classification is applied before a user begins a review session, not during it. This means the arrangement you encounter is stable and not dependent on how a previous session was conducted.
Sequential Information Review
The platform presents information in a structured sequence suited to the way records relate to one another. Rather than returning a flat list of items, the interface guides you through the relevant categories in a defined order.
Users can navigate this sequence at their own pace and return to earlier categories as needed. The sequence is designed to reflect the logical relationships between categories, not an arbitrary ordering.
Cross-Category Referencing
Where records in one category relate to records in another, the platform makes this relationship visible. Users can follow a reference from one classification area to another without losing their position in the current review.
Cross-references are generated from the content of the records themselves and reflect genuine connections between the information. They are not navigational shortcuts — each reference represents a verifiable relationship within the organised material.
Enquiry Tracking
When a user submits an access enquiry through the Contact & Access page, the platform's support workflow records the submission. The support team reviews each enquiry individually and responds using the contact details provided.
The process is straightforward and does not involve automated decision-making regarding access. Each enquiry is reviewed by a member of the support team, who may request further information before a decision is reached.
